 2 couples in circles around the stage.  

- circle left, circle right, right hand star, left hand star

- face opposite - shake, shake, shake and clap, clap, clap, (right hand)  shake, shake, shake and clap, clap, clap, (left hand) and swing

- face partner - shake, shake, shake and clap, clap, clap (right hand) shake, shake, shake and clap, clap, clap, (left hand) and swing and move on to join the next couple around the big circle

"Bristol" Hornpipe 

Step 1 - No. 1 greens and No. 2 blues right arm turn and back to place

Step 2 - No.2  greens and No 1 blues right arm turn and back to place

Step 3 - No. 1s join hands and move down the middle of the line of 2s - step, together, step hop and back step, together, step hop 

Step 4 - cast outwards (turn your back on your partner) and go around no. 2s and back into the line - using step hop

Step 5 - all swing your partners with a step hop

Step 6/Step 1 again - When the dance starts again with step 1, if you are either end - step hop until you are off stage
